Amanda & Joe Bellio start a new exciting chapter

To family, friends and anyone this message reaches. My name is Sara and I’m fundraising to help our love Amanda and Joe Bellio to start a new and exciting part of their life. Starting a family can be a thrilling time, but it’s not uncommon for the process to be harder or more costly than you originally imagined.
It’s estimated that 10% of American women in the United States are diagnosed with infertility. If you or someone you know has been hit with this disheartening news, finding the right fertility treatment option is best, can be one of the hardest steps.
Amanda and Joe have taken the steps and have chosen IVF, In vitro fertilization. These two have taken a long journey and have endured a lot to get to where they are now. The point of needing the help from any and everyone of the lives either of them may have touched, come in contact with, have had the same story or may have never of met at all.
This is some of Joe and Amanda’s story that they are excited, scared, and nervous about sharing.
If you know them at all, you know this is hard for them as they do not like asking for help and they keep things pretty private. Like most people, they really wanted the element of surprise of getting pregnant, sharing it with everyone and seeing the excited looks on everyone’s faces. Although it won’t look exactly as dreamed, they can’t wait to see everyone’s excited faces in a different light.
Amanda was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in high school and Diabetes and PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) at the age of 23. (Now 32) She has worked very hard over the years to be healthy and keep a healthy weight and keep her sugar and thyroid levels down.
For many couples, conceiving a child occurs easily and within the first year of trying. Unfortunately, this is not the case for them. After trying to conceive for 5 years, with multiple blood tests, ultrasounds, 2 HSG's, and 9 medicated cycles, they have still not gotten their positive pregnancy test. All of their medical tests have come back normal and Amanda has been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. The fertility specialist says IVF is going to be their best option at this point.
Again, they have taken all the steps they can at this point and are aiming for an IVF procedure as soon as November if permitting.
This message from Amanda and Joe is probably not the first, nor shall it be the last that you have heard from others in their same situation. You have the power to help anywhere from a $1, $100, $1000, or more. They are amazing people who will be amazing parents. No one can question that. Even if all you can give is good vibes or prayers, they will so graciously accept.
Nothing you can offer is too small for this journey that may cost up to or more than $10,000 dollar. Please keep these two close to heart as they try for November for their chance at IVF.
Thank you for your thought and time.
Love
Amanda and Joe, friends and family.
