Amanda Myers Fund

Mandy is an adoring mother to Leyla, a sophomore in college, and a beloved member of the Spherion Staffing crew and recently fell sick with COVID, topped off by a kidney infection. Things escalated very quickly and she underwent an emergency full hysterectomy and had multiple tumors removed. Her road to recovery will be long and we're here to support her throughout the process.

Short-term disability coverage will help, as will sick time, etc. but it only goes so far when you're recovering from major surgery. Deductible costs will add up on top of the time away so all the help she can get will be needed.

Mandy was just released from the hospital and will begin chemo and radiation in the coming days. You can stay up to date on her journey here as she moves through treatment. For now, she will be spending some days at home enjoying some time with Leyla while she's home from college for Spring Break.
