Amanda on the road to recovery

Hi all, my name is Sam, and my dear friends are going through some trying times. My friend Amanda's husband has come into extremely unexpected health problems within which she will be taking time off of work to help with the recovery process. While on leave she will not be getting any income, as FMLA only grants the time off, and nothing else. If anyone could please find it in their hearts to help such a wonderful woman with expenses such as gas, medications that may be needed, to help her cover the charges she will still face for insurance that is taken from her check or anything else that may be an unexpected obstacle would be tremendously appreciated.
