Amanda Pinter's Going Home Service
Donation protected
Amanda Pinter was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2016 and sadly passed away while waiting to receive a new pair of lungs on December 15th, 2022. She has been inpatient at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL for the last two months, patiently waiting for her lungs, but sadly did not live long enough to receive them. Amanda Pinter was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She spent her life spreading love to everyone she encountered and we are truly devastated. She was only 48 years old at the time of her passing and it hurts knowing she never got to experience life post-transplant. She had dreams of traveling across the country with the love of her life and watching her children raise her five grandchildren.
Amanda was unable to continue working due to her condition and Amanda's children took a temporary leave of absence from their employment to be by her side during her critical condition.
This GoFundMe page is being created so we can send her off in the manner she would have wanted, a beautiful funeral service and to be laid to rest next to her mother, Stuart, in a centuries-old family plot.
Thank you in advance to anyone who would like to assist her family in these difficult times.
