Amanda Slone

It’s absolutely unfathomable that I’m writing this post….it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever had to share.

It is with the heaviest heart that I type this.

Amanda Rose Slone, my first and former partner of 18 years, loving co-parent/mother of our children and my best friend for over half my life passed away suddenly and unexpectedly July 20th, 2023. We are devastated and in denial. I’m navigating my own grief while staying strong and comforting our children. We were still so close despite no longer being married and I’m distraught I no longer have her to parent our children with.

Having just lost my Dad a few months ago and now been tasked again with arrangements, moving her 4bdr home, snd the outstanding medical expenses, etc I’ve created this GoFund me as so many have been so kind to ask how you could help. Any amount will greatly be appreciated and alleviate the stress of tying up the loose ends of her life.

Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love and support including those of you who have texted, called, messaged, etc.

Amanda wanted to be cremated and planted into a tree at our house so she would be around us forever. We will be having a tree planting ceremony and celebration of life for her in the Spring.

Amanda may have passed but our love and memories for her will live on forever.
