Get Amanda to MD Anderson #saverherbutt

This is my Sister, Amanda "Mandy" Cunningham. Just like most of us 2020 hasn't been kind to her. In February she received those devastating words none of us want to hear. "Amanda you have cancer" the entire family was taken aback. Our Oncologist was optimistic, she was diagnosed stage 3c Anal Cancer. Anal cancer is pretty rare cancer, about 8000 cases per year (same cancer as Farrah Fawcett)But has a standard intensive radiation/chemo protocol that often bring the patient to remission. Amanda did the intensive radiation regime and did it like a champ. Starting feeling better a few weeks after the regime and went back to work. 
Amanda went to her follow up appointment and received the worst imaginable news, the cancer spread. She is now a Stage IV with a very poor prognosis and poor time frame estimate. 
We have reached out to MD Anderson, they have accepted her case. I was to travel with her, but as some of you know, I am now very sick with a mystery infection, have cellulitis in my leg, bilateral pneumonia and stumped Docs. I will continue to be hospitalized indefinitely. 
But her nurse big Sister was to be at her side in Houston. The Cunningham Sisters have been dealt quite the hand. So we having to find a chaperone for her, she cannot go to Houston alone and she just can't afford the cost of trip. She is also hearing impaired so someone needs to be there to make sure she completely understands what the Docs are saying. That person SHOULD be me. But 2020, ya know?
This is our Hail Mary for Mandy to stay on this Earth with us; her kids and her beautiful grandchildren. 
It breaks my heart I can't go, that's my baby Sis. I feel completely powerless, and add Covid-19 restrictions. Its an awful time to have cancer. 
So, if you can spare any type of donation, no amount is too small. MD Anderson is one the top Cancer treatment centers in the Country, we are desperate at this point, hoping for a clinical trial on some of the newer treatments and/or getting some of more advanced treatment options not offered in our area.
