Amanda's Angels: The Gift of Prosthetics

Donation protected
My name is Jodie Bridger.  My daughter, Amanda Bridger, was diagnosed with sepsis on December 26, 2020.  She was not initially expected to live, as she was on life support for a couple of weeks.  She did in fact respond to the antibiotic, and they were able to find sources of infection.  They removed her teeth, as the jaw was infected, and then replaced her heart valve on January 18th.  She stayed another month at Barnes, and was released exactly a month later.  What a celebration that day was!
This was short-lived, however, and she was readmitted on March 28th, again in septic shock.  Infection had to be cleaned out of her left shoulder, right collarbone, and both ankles. This time the infection was even worse, and it has been determined that they have to amputate both feet.  Several variables will determine whether they are midfoot amputations, or below the knee on both legs. They will also have to replace the same heart valve when she is stronger and the infection is more cleared.
Amanda is thirty years old with a young teen son.  She needs the gift of prosthetics and dentures.  I don't know exact cost yet, as they are deciding how much of her feet she has to lose. It will be at least from midfoot.  Pricing seems to range from $1,000 a prosthetic to $10,000 a prosthetic, and she needs two.  Dentures will be about $3,000 for both arches.
I cannot sign a loan to get these for her because my own surgeries forced me into bankruptcy, and it is not quite paid off yet.
She has been so brave throughout this ordeal.  Her courage humbles me. Please help me to give my daughter the gift of mobility.  I would love for her to have some choice so she is comfortable with her prosthetics and teeth.
I am currently looking for a dental professional that is willing to do impressions and fit dentures while she is at Barnes.  Her medical team has given their permission, after consulting with the dentist, for this to happen.  I am hoping to raise funds as soon as possible so she can get her teeth, and so prosthetics can be ordered at the time of surgery.  (The date of surgery is not yet determined. If all goes well, it will be the week of the 10th of May, but it possibly could be this Friday.)
If any funds were raised above this cost, I would use it to outfit a car so she can drive after this is over.
Amanda is not perfect, but she has a heart of gold.  She would be the first to give to help someone else.  Please help my beautiful daughter get back on her feet and begin healing.
