Amanda Walls Cancer Fund
Donation protected
Amanda has had a crazy year. Early last year, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. After multiple surgeries and chemotherapy treatments, just a few months ago she was given a clean diagnosis - she was cancer free!
Or so we thought.
At a recent Doctor visit, some concerning numbers came up in her bloodwork. The colon cancer had spread to her ovaries, and there were spots present on some other organs. So once again Amanda had to enter the OR, having the cancerous organs and spots removed. Some areas that could not be addressed were examined by Duke University and it was determined that the colon cancer had further spread, resulting in a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis.
So begins round 2 of aggressive chemotherapy treatments and surgeries.
Many of Amanda's friends and family have voiced concern and offered support in prayers and local donations of various types, and for those she is extremely grateful. But her brothers wanted to start a campaign to help with the various travel/childcare/time lost at work expenses that tend to accumulate in times like these.
Any small donation will greatly help Amanda’s family in this time of need. If you would rather donate in person, just get in touch with her or drop an envelope off at her church, Harmony Baptist Church. But if you can’t donate, please don't stop praying, and lending any emotional support you can. Amanda is stronger with God and her family and friends in her corner.
We love you, Amanda, and hope this little bit can help ease your worries while you concentrate on beating this once again.
