Amazing Family Starting Over-Moving into our Home

Take a moment, close your eyes and picture yourself selling your home, leaving the ballet profession you cherish, packing everything own into four suitcases and grabbing your two-year-old son and leaving the country you love-now at war. You are giving up everything so you can start over, you are leaving war to live with a family you have never met. You don’t speak their language very well; you don’t have a job and your finances are limited. Please picture that in your mind.

My wife and I are the family they have never met. As I looked into their eyes, I did not see regret, I did not see sadness, all I saw was a loving family full of hope and optimism.

When we first met Vitalii, Anastasia and their beautiful son Bogdan my wife and I knew we made the right choice. Sponsoring a family, we have never met, bringing them into our home and letting them call it theirs.

Funds we raise will go directly to supporting our new family and hopefully getting them a vehicle to use.
