Amazing MIL needs surgery
Donation protected
Hey Everyone!!
I've created this in hopes of help for my amazing mother in law, Rose Aderman. She's a mother to 4 amazing kids and a grandmother to 7 wonderful grandkids. She's one of the strongest women I know, and I'm so blessed to call her family ❤❤
A few years ago, Rose started getting terrible sciatic pain which caused her to miss quite a bit of work, after months of rest she returned back to work for awhile. Returning to work has caused the injury to surface again, and unfortunately much worse this time around. After many, many doctors appointments, pain clinic appointments, and injections it has been determined that she needs to replace BOTH of her hips. Due to her being out of work a majority of the last year, she has been without medical insurance, in order to reinstate it, she needs to pay $2000.00, after that's paid she can schedule the surgery. Her doctor wants the surgery done within the next 4 weeks.
Our initial goal is to reinstate her insurance so the surgery can be completed asap as she is in constant daily pain. Beyond the initial goal, her doctor has also suggested she get a walker with a chair or even a motorized scooter because she is barely able to get around with just her cane, she will also need at least one of these for after surgery so it makes sense to purchase now.
After surgery is complete on both hips, she'll likely be out of work for 4-6 months after each surgery that means she won't have any income as her Short Term Disability has already run out.
My family and I would be forever grateful to anyone who is able to contribute to my amazing mother in law. Even if you're not able to contribute a monetary donation, please pray for a steady hand of the surgeon and a speedy recovery.
