Ambellina's Back Surgery

Update 11/24 after a few months of recovery we ended up back in the ER and are seeing the specialist again on Tuesday.

Update 7/21 home and resting! She even took a few wobbly steps!

Surgery was successful and she is resting in the ICU!

Last night I had to take Ambellina into the emergency room for the second time this week. She lost all control of her back legs and was in severe pain. The ER vet said that because of the rapid onset of spinal problems it is almost certainly intervertebral disc disease. They are currently trying to find a neurologist who is available for spinal surgery ASAP. The surgery itself is $9000 and she will need an MRI beforehand and physical therapy afterwards. Anything anyone can do to help would be so appreciated.
