Help with getting a grieving father his baby back.

My name is Kyle mills and the mother of my daughter Skyler was injured in a car accident on the 31st. She was not able to recover due to her injuries. She unfortunately passed away last Thursday. Her family took Skyler without permission and is now acting like I’m not her father. As her biological father my baby needs to be with her family not strangers. Amber wouldn’t want this to be happening. I’m trying to attain council to assist in the fight for my baby. Anything helps thank you god bless.
