Amber Hibbetts Medical and Household Assistance
Donation protected
The Amber Hibbetts Medical and Household Assistance fund was created after Amber, a mother of 4, discovered a brain tumor. On March 5th, Amber became numb on the right side of her body due to a seizure. She was rushed to the ER, where they discovered an egg-sized tumor on her brain. This was a shock to the family as they are still challenged with the death of Jaxon and Ava's father, who passed from colon cancer in 2017. On April 7th, Amber underwent open brain surgery to remove the tumor. Due to prolonged time on the operating table, Amber suffered a stroke and now has partial paralysis on her right side, and her speech is impaired. She will recover in a rehab facility for the following 4-6 weeks minimum. This unforeseeable tragedy has now put her and her family in financial hardship. We are asking for assistance to help with the medical expenses, travel back and forth, and household expenses. Normal household income will become limited for the foreseeable future because of traveling back and forth for appointments and recovery. The family has helped set up meals for the kids throughout the week. We are grateful for any donations and assistance.
