Why I'm fundraising

Hello, unfortunately our home was set on fire 2 days before Christmas by a mentally ill lady who lives across the street. Thankfully no one was hurt but all was lost. This isn't a easy thing for us to do but we are in desperate need of help. What was supposed to be a happy holiday for out family was probably one of the saddest Christmas we have ever had. Not being able to give my children Christmas presents was heart breaking and the feelings of inadequate and many other feelings that I can't even find the words to express how devastating the fire really was. Where to go from here is even harder to figure out when money and housing is an absolute nightmare for us. Unfortunately our town isn't equipped for this kind of thing and the number of homeless people is overwhelming. We are in the wind now and I just don't know what to do anymore. Numb is an understatement. The kids have nothing left and no home to come back too. So if you can find it in your heart to help us with this nightmare we will be very grateful for your generosity. Peace love and light to all and please pray for the girl who set the fire she needs all the help she can get also, hopefully she gets some help with her mental illness.
