Ambrose Russo Relief Fund

Ambrose Russo was the third ILWU victim who was shot at the 91 Harvest festival last week in Las Vegas. He was injured while shielding his wife from the gunfire that was coming from the Mandalay Bay hotel. Ambrose is the head of his household and supports his wife and three children. He has been very fortunate that he was able to return home shortly after the incident. Unfortunately he is not able to return to work at this moment although we hope that he is able to return in the next few weeks. Although it has been a week since the shootings Ambrose unselfishly would not allow friends or family to start a go fund me account because he didn't want to slow the donations to our other two brothers who are still in the hospitals in Las Vegas. With the help of his sister-in-law Sonia Saggiani he is allowing a Go-fund-me account to be established for him the agreement being that once his needs are meet around $6,000 the remaining would go to the other two ILWU survivors. The amount he needs will depend on when he is able to return to work so it might be a little more than the original goal of $6,000. This will depend on when the Dr. releases him to return to work. 
Ambrose has been a true hero / champion with all that he has on his plate right now. This funding will reduce stress and encourage healing by allowing relief to the family while not having to worry about finances so he can concentrate on getting back to moving cargo as soon as possible. I'm hoping to have this all funded by early next week about 10/17/2017. Thank you all for your kind donations.
