Radioactive Robotic are the two after school robotics teams in Pocahontas County, WV. We are open to 5th-12th grade students in the county, and run two First Inspires teams - First Lego League Challenge (5th-8th grade) and First Tech Challenge (9th-12th grade).
Our goal is to spread STEM through our community. We participate in numerous community outreach activities, such as demonstrating what we do at the Green Bank Observatory, Pocahontas County schools, and more!
We have an annual fundraising campaign to help pay for team registrations, uniforms, robot parts, and travel for the team members to tournaments. Every little bit helps!
