Nicole & Brad's wonderful 11 year-old daughter Amelia is very sick.

Initial story (see updates for further info) August 2019 - For the past month, she has been hospitalized at McMaster with pulmonary hypertension and heart failure. She was just returning from a much-needed vacation during which she got to see her nan and pop from NL, myself and my husband as well as our little one. We could tell she wasn’t herself, but we couldn’t tell just how sick she would get SO very quickly.
There hasn't been much improvement and with a little brother to take care of while trying to be at the PICU with her, it's taken its toll. They are out of paid leave from work, and it looks like poor Amelia will be in the hospital for the foreseeable future.
Amelia needs her mom and dad by her side, and her brother needs them to be ok too.
They need help. They need to be able to spend time with her and to not be worrying about finances.
I am asking for your help as someone who feels helpless to make this better. I can't make her well, I can't cover their bills, I can't take this away, but I can ask for help on their behalf.
