Amelia Shook Funeral Expenses

Our sweet Amelia Lynn passed away September 20th 2022 at Childrens hospital of Pittsburgh. She was 7 years old. She had CHARGE Syndrome that caused her to be medically complex including heart defects, airway, brain and more. She has had many surgeries including several open heart and had a trach and was ventilator dependent. She was so brave, had such a sweet spirit and loved her family very much. She was denied for life insurance because of her life threatening diagnoses. So if anyone would like to this is for donations for the funeral/memorial expenses. We are forever grateful for all kindness and support after her passing. ❤️
