Help My Fiancé Jojo Stay in the U.S.

My name is Derrick and I'm raising money for my Fiancé Jojo and her family. We met during the beginning of the pandemic and we planned for either me to move to her country (Lithuania) or she move to the U.S. when we saved up enough money to make it happen. Unfortunately, because of the war in Ukraine, our plans have drastically changed.

I'm glad that her country isn't directly involved in the war, but the surrounding countries are being affected. Inflation from goods not being imported from Ukraine and Russia, the impending collapse of their economy and the possibility of being brought into the war via threats from Russia is ever prevalent. Because of this, me moving to Lithuania is out of the question and we thought it would be best to get her over the U.S. asap by eloping and starting the immigration process. Jojo is currently staying with me on a visiters visa and the problem is that the immigration process costs thousands of dollars. I spoke with an immigration lawyer and on top of paying for the application fees, it will cost anywhere from $4000-$8000 to file and apply for her change of status. I need to raise enough money by the end of August or she'll have to go back to Lithuania. Here's a breakdown of where the funds would go towards:

Green Card Application Form (I-485): $1,200

Family Sponsorship Form (I-130): $535

Medical Examination: $300

Lawyer: $4000-$8000

I'm hoping with this fundraiser, I could raise enough to get the process started at the very least. The ultimate goal is to raise what we need for everything and use any funds left over to send to her family in Lithuania. She has her mother and grandfather who have encouraged her to start a new life with me in the U.S. and she wants to work asap and help support them. I would love nothing more than to be able to raise money for them since the eastern European economies are bound to collapse because of the war and they refuse to move, even if the war spread to Lithuania.
