My name is Catchi "CeCe" Tomas. My brother, Amir Moore, just passed away. He was very intelligent, artistic, creative type, and a dreamer. He brought life, love, and laughter to everyone he met. He hosted & promoted local artists/clubs, was a phenomenal artist (drawing & design), and even dabbled in music. This is a devastating loss and shock to our family.
