Amour and brother is sick with chronic illness

Amour and her brother (not blood related), Monsieur, have been battling multiple medical issues. These are my babies and would do anything to help them live their fullest life. As a single woman, its been difficult to keep up with all these ailments, and appreciate any help.
Recently Amour has lost almost more than half her weight due to Irritable Bowl Disease. She does not look healthy and is mostly skin and bones. We have driven hours away to multiple vet appointments for ultrasounds, x-rays, endoscopies, blood tests, and many medications.
If you haven't dealt with IBD, it's a serious disease that, in some cases, may cause life-threatening complications. It's characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Prolonged inflammation results in damage to the GI tract.
Inflammatory bowel disease is a group of autoimmune diseases that run the spectrum from ulcerative colitis to Crohn's disease. Inflammatory bowel disease is a dysregulation in the body where the immune system attacks the bowel and causes inflammation.
IBD cannot be cured. There will be periods of remission when the disease is not active. Medicines can reduce inflammation and increase the number and length of periods of remission, but there is no cure.
It's been an ongoing issue with trying many foods, medications, and not to mention the constant diarrhea, poops, farts all day long, plus waking up in the night for uncontrollable potty issues. IBD causes other medical issues like her multiple UTIs, low vitamin intake, and suppresses the immune system.
On another note, we have been using a pet insurance, but it only helps for a portion of all these medical bills costing thousands of dollars, plus a deductible fee for each dog. On top of that, the insurance company has raised the cost to $5,000 a year for each Amour and Monsieur, totaling $10,000 charge per year for both pups.
Her brother Monsieur has had multiple $10,000 surgeries for Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), which is a source of back pain in dogs due to a very painful spinal disc injury. He has spent many hours in seclusion while in the crate to rest the injury along with multiple prescriptions for the pain. Causes of the IVDD could be from jumping or high level exercise. As a preventative, we have implemented many doggy steps and keep an eye on the level of physical activity.
He also has trouble breathing, and has had snare and palette surgery, which is common of the bulldog breed. To top that off, he also takes an expensive medication for allergies.
Its hard caring for a pet(s) with all these medical issues, and just want them to live a happy life. We appreciate any help.
Thank you, Amour & Monsieur's Mama
