Amputation Accommodations for Jacob Sulzbach

Recently, Jacob was in an accident where he ended up losing his left (dominant) arm, as well as multiple fractures in his pelvis and left leg. We started this to help gain awareness and to raise money for Jacob in order for him to return home with accommodations for his amputated arm already met.
