US Amputee Hockey camp/tournament

My name is Jason Evans and I am on the US Amputee hockey team.  We are a very lightly funded organization that was created to bring together the best Amputee hockey players in America to compete against other countries and to encourage other amputees or people with impairments that they can still be active. 

We have camps and tournaments yearly. Most of the cost is taken care of by the team but there are still small costs that the players take on. This go fund me to help myself and players on the team be able to represent our country as the best Amputee hockey players in the world!

We have a camp and tourney in April at the USA Hockey disabled hockey festival. We will be playing a tournament against all the Wounded Warrior standing hockey teams. 

This support will help the players with travel cost as well as setup future camps and games. 

This organization and team is very important to me personally, but it is really about the kids who watch us play at these tournaments. We get to meet kids who are blind, deaf, amputees etc, and we get to show them that they can do anything they want to do. That is really the best part of being a part of this team. 

The world tries to put limits on peoples abilities based on their conditions, I believe we get the chance to show people with different medical conditions that they arent dis-abled and infact they are enabled to play sports.
