Amy Briscoe Tornado Recovery Fund

Amy’s family home was destroyed when a EF-3 tornado ravaged her street on the night of January 25th. Thankfully, Amy & her husband, their 2 kids living at home, and all their dogs managed to survive. However, the level of damage was immense. The roofing & support beams were ripped off and the ceiling caved in, leaving the main level of their home looking like a war zone. The storm raged on and rained on their house most of the night. Ultimately, the Briscoe home was damaged beyond repair, and most of their possessions were destroyed.

So what’s next? Amy and her family are working on finding an extended stay hotel or short term rental house. Once housing is secured, they’ll work on getting new furniture, including beds and living room furniture.

The road to recovery will be a long one. There has already been such an outpouring of love and support from family, friends, and Shipt colleagues. All donations will go directly to Amy Briscoe and her family to pay for hotel rooms & rent, furniture, and other expenses not covered by insurance.
