We are all in shock and heartbroken over the events of this past Monday. Everyone in the neighborhood, and any that would like to say something or pay their respects, please attend. There will be a potluck style farewell, to honor a dear member of our community. The intention is to have the neighborhood and surrounding areas come together in support and love for someone who meant so much to each of us on a daily basis. Amy was a friend that I loved the hell out of, as did so many others. There was a tragic event on Monday, September 25th, that took her from us all too soon. Along with several others, we are trying to raise money to have a local celebration of Amy’s life for the entire community. Many who live around NE 49th St and 112th Ave looked forward to sharing a few jokes with her

when they stopped by the Beverage and Tobacco Zone where she worked. It is important to have a memorial locally with the community she loved and also loved her. All of us lost an important person who was a regular face in our daily lives. She was always working on a project and loved being able to share a laugh with everyone she could. We all know that times are hard, but please share what you can to make it a special day to remember a dear friend. I will update with date, time and location information as soon as possible.
