Amy has to have surgery!

Hi guys and gals! I really despise having to do this. I am not good at asking for help. However, we have no other options.
I have had PCOS and endometriosis for 13 years. Numerous treatments and one surgery. About 3 months ago I started having pain and bleeding constantly. After all the test have come in and been discussed, my doctor has informed me that they have found 4 slow growing cysts in my uterus. They are considered "precancerous" at the moment. I need a total abdominal hysterectomy to heal and to lessen the chances of having to have chemo or radiation. The surgery has been scheduled for the 18th of this month, as he wants to get this done ASAP.
I own a small business and my husband is a stay at home dad to our beautiful 11 year old, who is autistic. We do not have insurance ( we could not afford the premiums but made too much for help). Also, I (the bread winner) will have to be out of work from 4 to 6 weeks.
Once again, I absolutely do not like havi g to ask for help, but this is where we are. Please, anything helps, even your prayers! Thank you in advance...if you would like updates on how I am doing...please feel free to message me and I will also update here too!
