Amy is a Stroke Survivor

August 28th I had a massive stroke. My stroke required a intra-arterial retrievement. I don't remember the first 4 days afterwards and when I woke up I was in 4 point restaints so I would pull out anything. Out of ICU after a week, full on rehabilatation was requred. I was paralyzed on my right side and had lost my ability to speak.
I have come long way but part of this tragic event has cost me my savings and I need help. I need my insurance so I can continue with my many therapies and that means I have to pay COBRA. Physical, occpational and speech most importanlly are the recommendations. I can not work for a year and then they re evaluate.
Im asking for $9,084 to pay for COBRA for a year. With out this help I will lose me insurance.
