Amy Polochak’s memorial funds.

Hi, my name is Jerszie. As most of you know we’ve been going through a difficult time since our grandmother, Amy Polochak has passed away on December 28th. She loved us and we loved her very much. She loved rock music & always talked about her horses and her parents, she was a “stubborn Jersey girl” as she always said and definitely showed it. She was a huge animal lover and always shared her stories from when she was a kid, she was never afraid to share her opinion and never afraid to speak up. She was a big cowboys fan. I’ve set up a go fund me to help with cremation and service expenses. We don’t have the funds to pay for all the arrangements. Anything helps, thank you in advance. Any money donated will go towards her cremation & service/memorial.
