Amy P’s Team

Our dear friend Amy is currently fighting Stage 3C Metastatic Ovarian Cancer. She went in for surgery on April 9th not knowing whether they were doing a biopsy or a debulking surgery. During the surgery, the cancer was found to have metastasized to her main abdominal organs and the pelvic cavity. She will be starting chemotherapy, followed by major surgery, and then continued rounds of chemo.

Amy means so much to many: her children, her parents, her brother, her nephew, her family, her friends, her colleagues, and her First Step kids and families. She has given so much of her life to others and now she is enduring the greatest storm of her life.

She is self employed and supporting Grace and Jack, who are both in college. Her treatment and plan of care will directly affect her ability to work. As she is managing this challenging journey, we are reminded of her expenses of living, treatments, doctor office visits, copays, and prescriptions. The goal of this Go Fund Me campaign is to raise as much as possible to alleviate her financial worries.
