Amy Quirk Family Fundraiser

Family and Friends of Amy Quirk,
Two weeks ago Amy woke to debilitating pain in her shoulder and neck, radiating down her arm, with a limited range of motion in her hand. She thought she had just slept on it wrong. Unfortunately, her symptoms have persisted ever since and after four different doctors, x-rays, and an emergency MRI, we now know she has 2 herniated discs in her neck at C6 and C7. These 2 discs have shifted and are sitting directly on a nerve.
Unfortunately, efforts like steroids and pain injections failed to provide any relief for the constant, excruciating pain and surgery is her last option. As of right now, surgery is scheduled for February 23rd and requires a recovery time of at least 6 weeks.
Due to the nature and location of her condition, Amy is unable to continue working as a hairdresser until she fully recovers from surgery. In all, she will miss about 10 weeks of work. Like most families, the Quirks are a two-income household, and while Amy's injury isn't life-threatening, it has created a financial hardship for their family.
Please consider donating to help make this time of surgery and recovery easier for the Quirk family. Amy and her family deeply appreciate your support!
