Amy Robson's YWAM

Hi everyone! 

As most of you will know, I was originally heading out in January to do a YWAM (Youth With a Mission) DTS (Discipleship Training School) in New Zealand. Due to border restrictions still being in place, I will now be doing the same programme but with YWAM Nanaimo in Vancouver Island, Canada in March 2022.

YWAM Nanaimo is a pioneering, missional community with the aim of forming Kingdom communities that reveal God's glory to all people, through all cultures by empowering them to discover, pursue and create with God! The DTS is a five month programme and is split into two parts: lecture phase and outreach phase. 

The lecture phase provides an opportunity to go deeper and encounter God through engaging biblical teaching, worship and one-on-one mentoring all while living in a community. I will also have the opportunity to discover the west coast of Canada on Vancouver Island while camping, hiking, swimming, snowboarding etc.

I will travel then travel with my team to Kyrgyzstan for the two month outreach phase. There I will have the opportunity to put into practice what I have learnt in the lecture phase. We will serve the communities by sharing the love of Jesus and making Him known. 

The total cost of the programme is £5300. This includes food, accommodation and the outreach phase. I would be so grateful if you could support me in this adventure by donating and praying.
