My beautiful partner and daddy to 7 years old twins has been taken by a rare disease that has shocked our family and friends. It’s been less than three months that he has been poorly. This very unusual disease had been diagnosed 3 days before he died. I would like to get this diagnosis recognised to the world that it has not been in vain that he has tragically been taken from us..
