Amy's Medical Fund

Amy Totten is a 39 year old mother of three girls, ages 7, 12 and 16, who lives in Hoquiam, WA. Amy was recently diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer that has spread to her lungs and liver. Right now, she is having chemo every two weeks, at a cost of almost $9000 per treatment. This doesn't include all the other doctor bills and meds that goes along with it.
Amy still works full time and works her butt off to provide for her three children.
At the time of diagnosis, Amy did not have insurance. She's going to be getting insurance in January but bills are stacking up quickly. And even when she gets insurance, she's still going to have substantial out of pocket costs.
