An accident that changed my friends lives.

I have the extreme honor to call Daniel and Lena Class my best friends. I'm coming to you guys to ask if you could help two wonderful people who have fallen on hard times to no fault of their own. Danny and Lena could really use your help with their legal bills.

Some of you might know, but for those of you who don't, Lena was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in 2020. Although it was a tough battle, by the grace of God and lots of love and prayers, she went through surgery, radiation therapy and is doing much better.

As if that wasn’t enough to deal with, Lena’s car was rear ended in October 2021 resulting in a violent whiplash that caused an annular tear in her spine and herniated her disk. On March 28th, they performed a laminectomy discectomy on her spine. The high cost of the operations, therapy, deductibles, co-pays for doctor visits, medications has been a lot, but they have been getting by. The person in the other car had no insurance and lied to the police by giving fake information.

Danny and Lena could really use help with the $5,000 retainer for the lawyer plus $2500 to take the case to trial. The rest of the money to help pay some bills they just can't afford right now.

If you know Lena she is as tough a person as they come. So she tries to stay positive but pain is pain. She will be out of work at least two months and we are praying that she will gain some mobility and a better quality of life.

For months now she has been unable to work their craft or juice business which has hurt them financially.

We want the person who recklessly hit Lena, and lied to the police about having insurance to pay for what he did. Because he had no insurance and supposedly no assets he will get away Scott free with no repercussions on how he totally flipped their lives upside down.

Any small donation that you can provide will go along way in reaching Danny and Lena reach their goal of bringing him to justice.
