My name is Patrick Pritchett. I've started this GoFundMe page to help me cover basic expenses (rent, car loan, etc) until mid-September. I work as a part-time English instructor at UConn-Hartford which means I don't get paid from mid-May to mid-Sept. Usually, I save enough over the academic year to cover that period but this year I had to deal with unexpected car repairs (to the tune of $4000), which left me drastically short. So I need a little help getting through this last stretch of the summer. It's difficult for me to ask this way and I don't know what kind of response to expect, but any little bit will help.
