Local artist and UNCW Student, Carleigh Barbour is headed to France in January 2020.
She's trading her junior spring semester at UNCW for Lyon Catholic University. Contrary to our initial information it's not an even trade monetarily.
She'll need things like...you know; food, transportation, housing and basic essentials.
She's a fantastic artist and we're convinced a semester engrossed in the worlds most famous art will be the catalyst for her art education and career.
