Help Support Kaitlyn Anderson
Donation protected
As many people have heard, Amy and Darrell’s daughter, Kaitlyn, has recently been admitted to the Halifax Infirmary ICU.
Kaitlyn has been diagnosed with Lemierres Syndrome. Lemierres Syndrome is a severe illness caused by anaerobic bacteria. The infection originated in the throat but has spreaded via a blood clot of the tonsillar vein and internal jugular vein. In addition to her being placed on a ventilator, she has now been placed on ECMO in addition to her life support. She is being beyond brave. And needs our well wishes and prayers.
The purpose of this page is to help with the costs her parents have to face and the future treatments Kaitlyn will face for her recovery. Anything donated that is not used towards Kaitlyns recovery, will be donated back to the ICU unit Kaitlyn is in. As well as a non profit organization of Kaitlyns choice. Any little bit will help!
Kaitlyn is such a beautiful, out going, young 18 year old girl, truly an amazing human. For anyone who knows her, knows she is one of the most caring people in world. Always putting others first, including her athletes she has coached.
Any amount donated will truly help ease some stress off of her family. Please help and share!
Kaitlyn you are truly loved by everyone. And we cannot wait until you recover! ❤️
