As Anant was challenging the falsification of evidence by Maricopa County, Arizona prosecutors, he was arrested and tried for deprivation of reputation in the community. A former Assistant Arizona Attorney General Jonathan Henry Schwartz was handpicked as the judge. Schwartz made sure Anant got convicted.
Because Anant was challenging the corruption of Arizona Courts, other Arizona judges have looked the other way to protect the corruption in the Arizona system.
Maricopa County prosecutors have been known to falsify charges. In the case involving a Buddhist Temple, they tried to and with the help of Judge Ronald Reinstein convict four Mexicans, but got caught.
They did that to Ray Krone, Milke and many others.
Allister Adele, the current Maricopa County Attorney who in 2020 according to news accounts was having her prosecutors falsify charges to convict, has refused to take any action.
Assistant Arizona Attorneys General Paul Edward Carter and Michael Evan Gottfried, with the help of a Chandler, Arizona law firm, Struck Love Bojanowski and Acedo, PLC represent the state against Anant. Recently a Arizona Federal Judge found these lawyers who represent Arizona lie to federal judges, conceal and falsify evidence. Parsons v Ryan CV 12-0601 ROS
After a 13 year investigation, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights found evidence shows Conrad and others manufactured crimes against Anant, and have prevented him from fighting his claims, by seizing and destroying evidence.
