Jasper’s Medical Expenses

Hello lovely humans,

My dear friend Sunna has had one of the most horrific things happen yesterday that any dog parent dreads. Her sweet Jasper was viciously attacked by 2 dogs downtown Kitchener and he was in pretty bad shape after the almost 15 minute attack. He was rushed to emergency care.

We have been told that he is going to be ok and that he was extremely lucky to be alive. He has been such a sweet boy throughout this whole process and has been so gentle with the vets and technicians. He had multiple wounds and injuries that will need healing over the weeks to come.

Due to the severity of the situation, the emergency vet bills have matched in cost, which have been substantial.

Sunna was also bitten and may need rabies treatments. She has had to take time away from work and has lost wages to help manage this overwhelming situation.
