Hi, my name is Versia Pollock, and I am raising funds to assist my son Andre' DeVeaux who is currently incarcerated in FLDOC.

We have tried to appeal this case over the past 13 years but have not been successful because of a lack of funds to obtain an attorney. He was sentenced to 40 years which is extreme in his case. My son is 50 years old and will be around 80 if he serves his entire term.

By acquiring an attorney, he will have the opportunity to have proper representation leading to an opportunity to reunite with his family.

The funds will be used strictly on attorney and other legal fees. If all funds are not used, they will be returned to you.
