Andrea Kretzschmar catered meal-train

My name is Daisy Bassen and I'm a friend and psychiatry colleague of Andrea Kretzschmar here in Rhode Island. As you know, we suddenly lost our dear friend  Andrea this week. She was a wonderful, funny, strong doctor, wife, mother, friend and all-around super-star. This fundraiser is a small way that we can collectively help take care of her family-- her husband, Danny, and her three children, Otto, Elke, and August-- by providing funding for a catered meal-train. Local RI caterer Feast & Fettle (https://www.feastandfettle.com/) will help us set up a subscription for Danny and the kids, which will allow them to pick out the meals they want and have them delivered to the house on a weekly basis; all funds will be put towards the subscription which has been arranged with the catering business.  In order to spare Danny any additional work of setting up the subscription, the funds are temporarily transferred into my account and then applied directly and entirely to the subscription at Feast & Fettle (we were unable to set up a direction donation link at Feast & Fettle, which is why this is slightly cumbersome.) If Danny chooses another purpose for the funds, we will transfer the funds to him directly (or apply them to whatever need he has identified, like gift cards or the children's college funds...)

Andrea was a generous, warm, loving woman and we'll all miss her terribly; she made us all better people. Please join together in helping to nurture the family that she loved so much. Any contributions are welcome.
