Andrea Ruiz Contreras

Hello friends and family,

These pictures represent the ray of sunshine Andrea is. Her beautiful laughter is contagious and lights up a room. She has two beautiful girls, 14 and 7 years old, and a loving husband who loves her with all his being. She's a young and beautiful soul, and on 11/26/2024, her life changed. At only 33 years old, Andrea suffered an Ischemic Brain Stroke (blood clots in the brain blood vessels cutting blood supply in the brain). Even after the stroke, Andrea proved she is a strong fighter, and she started her recovery journey to the point she was already starting to speak and walk again. Doctors in Mexico were impressed by her resilience.

However, life always tests its strong fighters, and on 12/04/2024, she had a second stroke. Since then, she's had a tracheotomy and a gastrostomy. Her medical expenses have grown since the first stroke. We are praying for her to recover fast and get back to her normal self. Her daughters and husband are in need of help with the medical costs. Andrea has a long way to recovery and will need therapy. We are asking to assist in any way possible; any little penny counts, and her family will be greatly appreciated.
