Andrea Underwood - Mother of Three

Andrea Underwood was rushed to the hospital on Christmas Day with a brain bleeding condition. The doctors performed emergency surgery to relieve the pressure, but the cause remains unknown and so does her prognosis. The 39-year-old mother of three remains in ICU.

 

100% of the funds raised will go toward covering Andrea's medical expenses, loss of income, and costs for care of her children. Her PEIA insurance will cover only a percentage of the costs. After a lengthy hospital stay, the uncovered medical costs add up quickly. Your contribution will help the family recover without the undue burden of medical costs.

 

She and her husband Russ are the owners of Momma Payne's Diner in Clendenin. The funds raised will help cover the loss of income from her not working and the increased costs of staffing to replace her during her absence. Andrea created a family-like relationship at her restaurant with staff and guests. Both love and miss her. During her absence, the staff are keeping the restaurant open to keep the business going and to provide a service to the residents of Clendenin. And her loyal customers are continuing to visit during her absence.
