Andrew Bloomfield with his Heart Failure Surgery

Hi, my name is Andrew Bloomfield. I am employed as a freight truck driver that delivers nationwide. During the pandemic, I continued to work as I delivered in areas that were plagued with high levels of COVID and were in desperate need of goods and services. As the breadwinner of my family, I could not afford to stop working. I am a father of four, 2 daughters and 2 sons. My eldest son is in the navy while the others are still in school. Recently I was diagnosed with advanced heart failure and told by doctors that I am no longer capable of working. Crippling news for me. My kids and my family are everything to me and now I can no longer provide for them. On February 17th, 2023 I will be undergoing heart surgery where with any prevail find a solution to my heart failure. I humbly ask for help with this upcoming procedure which is very costly.
