Andrew Dougherty III (AJ)

AJ Dougherty unexpectedly passed away on 4/19/23 leaving behind a wife and a 5-month-old baby girl named Arlie Jane. AJ was a Drexel Hill resident, where he was born and raised. He graduated from Bonner in 2003 and West Chester University in 2007. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and knew just about every stat of every current and past player.

He leaves behind his wife Meredith Schuster, daughter Arlie Jane, mother and step-father Michele and Walt Morley, stepmother Anne Dougherty, brother and sister Jimmy and Colleen Dougherty and sister and brother-in-law Shannon and Joe Crowley. He also has 5 nephews and 4 nieces, Anthony, Jack, Remy, Ryan, Bear, Jayda, Gia, Paige and Clara, who miss him dearly.

The family set up the AJD Support Fund to help ensure the best possible start for Arlie’s future. The obituary also has two other means of donating to the same fund- through Venmo or a check (use link for info). This is the only official Go Fund Me account.
