Hi, I'm Anna, sister of Andrew. My father and I have been swept away with grief over the unexpected passing of my brother. All contributions will go to our father, James Norris, to help ease the financial burden of this tragic loss.

Andrew Martin Norris, 28, of New Windsor, died peacefully Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at his home.

Born August 27, 1994 in Rockville, he was the son of James Andrew Norris and Beth Robin Wangel.

Andrew was a heavy equipment operator & carpenter. Known for his dedication to health and nutrition, Andrew supported local growers and butchers and went to Gold’s Gym on a regular basis. He also loved to go bay and ocean fishing, grilling, and cooking. His laugh was infectious. He was a hard worker and a great friend.

In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by sister Anna Kate Norris, and close friends Lorie and Todd Kibler.
