Andrew Nash Memorial

The old adage "No parent should have to bury their child" is so painfully true, it should NEVER have to happen, as anyone having to endure such a tragedy can attest.
As most of you are aware, this past week the unthinkable happened and my nephew passed away on October 7th.
My sister, Kristi has raised Andrew pretty much on her own and has built herself up from nothing. Living on welfare, taking donations from churches and food banks to eventually getting a great job at the hospital, bought a house and created a home for the two of them. She found love and married, and sadly lost him a few short years after to Cancer. A few years after his death, we lost our mother, grandmother and best friend and our lives turned upside down once again. With failing health and unable to work times have been extremely difficult making ends meet but did so as any mother would to keep her child/ren healthy and safe.
This past Monday, the worst day of her life, my sister found her son passed away and his visitation was yesterday...now leaving her with the burden of funeral costs. At her most vulnerable, now laden with an astrinomical bill to bury her only child, I'm not sure just how much one can endure. Together, we can take make a huge difference and take some of the burden off of her to get through this unbelievable tragic time. We all say if you need anything, let us know......she needs us!!!
