Andrew Todd - Malibu Triathlon Fundraiser

In memory of Andrew Todd’s incredible life, a large group of friends & family are competing in the Malibu Triathlon on September 30th in his honor. Last fall, Andrew infamously completed the same Malibu Triathlon with zero training while using a friend's old bike. He crushed it (while having a best day ever) and we hope to make him proud!

Team Andrew’s goal is to raise money and awareness for the causes that shaped his life. Proceeds will be used to fund the newly created Andrew Todd Memorial Water Polo Scholarship at Mira Costa High School (Manhattan Beach, CA) with excess funds going to the Surf Rider Foundation.

The Andrew Todd Memorial Water Polo Scholarship: Will be awarded to a waterman who demonstrates the high level of excellence and tenacity that Andrew exhibited in all his athletic endeavors. Funds will enable the recipient to pursue higher education goals.

Surf Rider Foundation: Since its inception in 1984, the Surfrider Foundation has evolved into one of the largest non-profit grassroots organizations with a volunteer-activist network dedicated to its mission to protect and enjoy the world's oceans, waves, and beaches.
