Memorial Fund for Andrew Zoumas
Donation protected
Today we ask you to help an incredible family struck down by a devastating disease.
We are reaching out with a story that is both heartbreaking and inspiring. It's about Andy. A remarkable and beloved 45-year-old father, husband, son, brother, cousin and friend, who - out of the blue - was diagnosed with terminal cancer one year ago.
Andy was the epitome of kindness and strength. He was the kind of person who lit up a room with his humor, warmed hearts with his compassion, and was always the first to lend a helping hand. He was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Beth, and a wonderful father to two beautiful children, Stephanie, age 11, and Nicole, age 9. Some of the words used to describe Andy are “confidant, sage, true friend, grace, gentle soul, and angel on earth”.
Andy faced his devastating diagnosis with incredible bravery and positivity. When he wasn't in chemo, radiation or trials, he spent every day this past year making the most of every moment he had left with his family.
Sadly, cancer ultimately won the battle, which is overwhelming for Andy and his family. This is where we all come in. We're setting up this GoFundMe to help alleviate the financial burden on Andy’s family.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly towards the thing that Andy worried about most - paying for his DAUGHTERS' EDUCATION. All contributions will go into trust for the girls' educational expenses in the future.
Andy has given so much to each of us in different ways. He's been taken from us far too young, and tragically, long before finishing his number one goal of securing his daughters' education expenses. I promised Andy I would put his mind and heart at ease by making sure they have the funds they need to excel and succeed in graduate and post-graduate endeavors. I'm asking for your help. By contributing to this fund, you're honoring Andy in the best way possible as nothing mattered more to him than family, especially his two beautiful children.
Every message of support, share of this campaign, and donation makes a difference. Let's rally around Andy’s family during this challenging time and show them that they're not alone.
With heartfelt thanks,
The Family and Friends of Andy Zoumas
