Andrew’s Laughing Gas

Andrew was diagnosed with Leukemia on April 21, 2019, two days before his 10th birthday. Andrew fought hard for 8 long months. He rarely complained though, and continued to enjoy making people laugh. Andrew often came up with his own jokes, and had a dry sense of humor that the nurses and doctors came to love. Andrew received a farting unicorn, whom he named Dookie, while in the hospital. Dookie farted at the nurses station by remote control. Nothing gave Andrew more pleasure than pressing the button from his room to make Dookie fart at the nurses station. He smiled. He laughed. It brought him joy. We want to spread the joy!  You can’t buy Dookie. Dookie was made by a JHH surgeon. We need money to purchase a variety of stuffed animals, fart machines, and Velcro, so we can make our own farting animals to hand out to kids at JHH.  We also need volunteers to help cut and sew the fart machines into the animals.
